Quick Core - Level 1 is a quick workout that focuses on building a foundation for strong abs. It focuses primarily on core stabilization training, i.e., essential strengthening of the quadratus lumborum, psoas major, external obliques, porotions of the internal oblique, rectus abdominis, and gluteus medias and adductor complex. I also works the deep longitudinal system of the back/corset. Don't forget to draw the belly button in toward the spine to keep the back and core stabilized.
