This is a basic core workout in Tabata format (20 secs ON, 10 secs rest). There are only 3 exercises, each performed with as perfect form as possible for 20 secs (the number of reps doesn't matter!). There is a one-minute rest break between each round, and there are 8 rounds total. USE CAUTION! Do too much, too fast, and you won't last long! Pace yourself for maximum benefit!
