EQUIPMENT NEEDED: NONE BUT Resistance Bands are OPTIONAL and will increase intensity.
Primary target muscles:**Glutes*add/abductors*hip flexors
Secondary :hamstrings *quads
If using Loop Band for increased intensity, place it between knee and ankles. For elevated leg lifts you will need to switch to moderate resistance band.
