This workout is all about knowing where you stand on a fitness level. You'll be performing max reps of three different exercises and documenting your results. This is going to serve as your benchmark so that when you do this workout again in a few weeks you can make sure you're increasing your fitness level. Have fun and feel free to pause the workout in between exercises if needed.
