Opis

Perform the strength exercise and immediately after finishing the rep do the cardio exercise that follows. Repeat this until you have completed the required sets. Example: Overhead Press do 9 reps then immediately after, do 1 minute of Box Jumps. Repeat this until you have done 3 sets of all. Then rest whilst getting ready for next new exercise. Keep the cardio part at a high intensive rate.
