no bro... +10 to your current you can achieve for a month... week is just too short. As other suggested do a lots of sets with repetitions. And i found out that doing different type of puships helps a lot! diamond is worst but its a golden. in a morning i do 20 diamond 20 on fist 20 triceps and rest regular... for a week and half i jumped +5
It took me 3 weeks to go from 27 to 37 push ups in 2 minutes. I do 5 diamond, 5 wide arm and 5 closed arm push ups in the morning to up my push ups. but you are a guy it probably will take you less time
The best training for push ups and strength is called 5x5 training and what it is do five reps of an exercise and rest for 90 seconds and then repeat that 5 times so 5 sets of 5 reps
