Weight loss does take a lot time.. Two months ago I saw an embarrassing picture of me I didn't notice I was getting that big... I cried about my size for the longest I asked people for tips on weight loss because I felt so HUGE . Then one day I was like it's time change I mean being 241lbs didn't bother me before and I would eat ALOT . Sometimes I'll eat to eat smh .. I wouldn't count calories or look at anything I'll just eat. Now since I've started to walk everyday , drink plenty of water.. Eat little portions, get sleep eat three meals a day. I've seen a lot of progress.. I'm now 218 it feels so good
