I used the scheduler today, so my phone tells me when I planned to workout. It gives a 1 hour warning til it's time and then a 15 min. Reminder. Pretty neat.
You don't have to kill yourself everyday, listen to your body, but not your mind. Some weeks I train hard, like 3 to 5 mile runs. But when physically I'm exhausted, I try to only run one mile or so to not have too many rest days and not break my routine. (That's a game killer for me). Be consistent, and feel confident every time you work out. I hate running, but when I do it, I say in mind "I'm going to do it" that you "can do it".
