I used the scheduler today, so my phone tells me when I planned to workout. It gives a 1 hour warning til it's time and then a 15 min. Reminder. Pretty neat.

You don't have to kill yourself everyday, listen to your body, but not your mind. Some weeks I train hard, like 3 to 5 mile runs. But when physically I'm exhausted, I try to only run one mile or so to not have too many rest days and not break my routine. (That's a game killer for me). Be consistent, and feel confident every time you work out. I hate running, but when I do it, I say in mind "I'm going to do it" that you "can do it". You have to learn to enjoy working out  and then you don't need any other motivation. Also doing sport is great.
