Do you know what an armbar is? If you do, what do you think of it?

An armbar? That's an MMA move. (A type of arm lock) I think it's useless as it's ment to incapasitate your opponent, but it Will also incapasitate you -.-

It's meant to do thay, but you forgot something. It's also meant to break you arm.

Yes, and I said it was useless. Unless you're in a com (1v1). There it May be usefull. Yes, but it won't matter if you are on the floor Breaking his arm, if he/she got a friend stomping on your head ;) (okay this is getting a little bizarre :P)

Indeed it is. Lol. You could break it pretty fast, but you have a good point. I find it very useful, what do you think of rear naked chokes?

@Christian- No Jiu Jitsu practitioner with any sense is going to go for an arm-bar in a fight against a gang of people! Any martial art move used in a totally inappropriate situation is 'useless'!!! When done well, and appropriately, the armbar is a great way to subdue/submit an opponent.
