Hey can anyone help me?
I want to tone my abs and want gonna run next week and do some push ups, how Many time's a week can i do push ups and Working in my abs and run? Any advice please

I could do 100 x six days per week... But not every week...

Treat your,abs,just like any other muscles hit them hard an contract them an must important eat right.when I was boxing I use to jog(roadwork) 12 miles a week & spirt ever qt. Run in grass or on the,beach
