It's all good. Ab work outs won't help you much without cardio. A for an work outs, check out the workouts I have liked on my profile. Start with the casual to moderate ones and build up to the intense.
Kyle and Scotty have it!! Running is the fastest way to a six pack. Unless you already have one, the w/o Mikey suggested would help along with the thousands on here. The moral of that story: make sure you are eating correctly and doing cardio before trying to sculpt anything.
