One of my best friends was killed and I haven't exercise in a week. Should I feel guilty for not working out?

Absolutely not. Losing a best friend can be more difficult than a family member. Lost my best friend in college, made for a very difficult time. Take the time you need. My sincerest sympathies to you. You'll know when your ready, we'll be here to help.
