I have a general question about how to count the reps.
If there are combined exercises like in Body Blast Bootcamp 5 way pushups what exactly is meant by 15 Reps? 5x15 Pushups or 3x5 Pushups?
Another question I have is about left/right exercises.
Wit separate left and right exercises the counting is clear. But if there are left/right exercises within only one listed exercise like dips with raised leg are 15 reps per side or 8 to 7 reps?
