O mnie

I've worked as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for a local community college, working with women's basketball and volleyball teams to enhance a variety of aspects that pertain to amplifying their talents through various performance programs. I'm newly certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer and specialize in improving functional movements so that my clients are better able to perform their daily tasks, jobs, etc, in a much easier way.
