Opis

Volume training series. Starting with about 60% of 1RM sets will go up week-week as well as working will increase by 5lbs(2.2kg) - 10lbs(4.5kg) each week for all exercises, until week 5 will lower by about 20-30lbs (deload). Each week will also include 1 or 2 Giant Sets of 50 - 200. These are to be done taking as many breaks as needed to complete the number of reps.
