Prepared to enter into a health push that's gonna do one of two things for me. Either it's gonna kill me or heal me! Hopefully the later. Diabetes is taking a huge chunk of my fight out right now... BUT ... I'm not a quitter and I'm gonna do this. SO... I'll use moderation... and won't kill myself.. but I'll push Need a partner to work with me... but that isn't an option at this point either... so I'll start in alone!

A slow down this next week. Broken ribs but not quitting...just no pushups, situps and that kind of exercise... Goal is to do two 30 minutes during the day.... that should still maintain the weight I've lost. Thanksgiving is gonna be tough but I'll keep the weight off.

Today! A very low day for me! Physically, I'm hanging on! Fighting for every breath today! No workout until I'm through what I'm facing.... I've said it over and over to those I love.... i had a bad reaction to my daughter pets and landed in the e.r.,lol. when they weighed me i saw i lost 5lbs and decided to get better quickly,so i can finish. i love u bruh greg! we r here for ya!

Day Four! Now Some Rest Time. 11 pounds tbs from Monday. its all about balance. working out winr work too long if proper nutrient isn't taken in. Vitiman B12 is very importance ... as well as Vituman D... im taking a handfull if supplements right niw... and... IM FEELING REALLY GREAT ABOUT MYSELF. Ill pist my weight on Monday. Ill do light exercise over the weekend but no two hour workout. thats tough!

Plan is to lose 3-5 pounds a day! Very aggressive I know. I gotta be below 170 lbs by Jan 1, 2017. That's when I'll begin rope climbing. I gotta climb at least 75 feet before Israel! Lot less angry today than yesterday. Only Yah knows why that anger is there... health, emotions, medication, lost friends, all of that plays into this.. it'll go away. So off to another workout - I'm ready! 2 hours here I come!
