2013 Goal : Defined Abs and Chest. 2.4km run/jog within 10 minutes.

Whenever I fell like quiting, I always tell myself, "I'm doing this not for my trainer, not for my girl, not for the ladies. I'm doing this cause I want to, and I can. So if I quit now after months of working out, it's my lost. It is all my lost."
