Just like riding a bike. It's been awhile for step and then Zumba added to it. Fun!

What a great turn out for the first official new class!!

Got most of my daily steps with that class.

Needed that tonight.

After that cardio blasting class.....I'm ready for thanksgiving!!

The cold doesn't keep the dedicated away....

Knew I was in trouble after song one. Whew! Great workout!

Two weeks is too long to not go to Zumba.

I must be getting faster in my old age.

Whew! She wasn't lying...press play and GO and go and go and go.....

Me and my feet missed trail running

8000K steps not bad for one class. :P

My, my these feet have missed a dance floor. So happy I was able to work in a class in between storm fronts. :D

The best part of Monday...Zumba class!!!

Been awhile since I was on stage...felt good. How fun. :D

Well...that was a first. Let's just say that was a seam splitting Zumba class. Those pants must have seen one too many Zumba classes. LMAO!

Little rain isn't gonna stop that class from showing up and rockin'!

WooHoo!!! It's back and with a vengeance!!! Great to see and catch up with my Zumba peeps. :D

Yard work, then abs/buns workout followed by Zumba....hoping this means I'll sleep well tonight. :D
