Opis

Take a long step back with your left foot and bend your right knee. Place your left hand on the floor just inside of your right foot. Take your right arm and reach up towards the sky while rotating your torso. Hold. Bring your right hand to the floor outside of your right foot. Slowly return to a standing position.
