Help / Problems syncing with S Health?

I finally got the update pushed to my phone. I like the new update. Now I can add exercise and sports that I couldn't add before. Everything is working great now. Hope everyone else got their issues fixed also.

Help / Problems syncing with S Health?

I finally lost it and called Samsung and Verizon. Samsung said that the problem is with the Gear Fit and S Health. They are working on a fix but couldnt tell me when it would be fixed. The only thing they could tell me was they would push the update out to the phones once it was done. So I gave up and started using MyFitnessPal to track everything. Good Luck everyone

Hopefully the update is soon. I use both apps and don't want to/ have the patients to deal with new ones. Thanks for the information.

I have the Note 4. I thought I read that the S5 had issues but they fixed it. I could be wrong because I was skimming for Note 4 fixes.

I feel stupid. I don't have anything like that in S Health, Workout trainer, or on my phone. If we have the same phone, what did I miss? If your's is working and mine isn't, I must be doing something wrong.

Still not syncing. I even uninstalled Workout trainer and reinstalled it, nothing. Everything is up to date, but it still won't work. I could scream. I don't have time for this. I'm going to have to find another app if this isn't fixed soon.

I have the Note 4 and nothing is syncing to S Health. I have tried everything; back up and restore, checked the settings in Workout Trainer, I even went to the play store to try and update and it tells me it's not compatible with my phone. Does anyone else know of any tricks to fix my problem? I'm getting discussed with this issue. I don't have time to keep track of a pen and paper to write everything down. I have to much money invested in the S Health to use something else.
