I like to do squats. & leg lifts. Lay on your belly or side & slowly lift one leg up (do about 10) and switch legs. Works for me (: & of course running!!

Workouts and Programs / Belly & Butt

Right. I am not fat. 5'2 & about 115lbs. But I just want to trim down & it's to cold out to go running in the mornings at the moments. I'm just looking for things & exercises to do while at home. (: I will try to stay away from high fructose corn syrup though!!

In order to see your flat belly and abs you need to get rid of any layers of fat ontop of the muscle. You can do as many crunches and ab exercises as you'd like and they will indeed help the muscle tone but not the fat. What you should do is cardio to blast fat along with ab exercises. There are beginner cardio workouts on this app. Juat browser around. :) Also do 100 squats 3 times a week.

I need some good workouts to do that will slim down my belly & workout my butt. I like my butt being big lol (: my main concern is my belly though... I really need to lose weight in my belly area. Thanks !

Teen Zone / {HOW TALL ARE YOU?}

I'm 5'2 haha I'm very short. I'm 18 and weigh 110. So I think I'm done growing. 😜
