Opis

Begin standing with your feet hip-width apart. Hold your barbell by your shoulders with your elbows bent down by your sides and palms facing out. Perform a squat. As you return to standing, hoist your barbell up overhead. Draw the barbell back to your shoulders as you perform another squat. Keep going!
