Opis

Stand with both feet together and arms in front of you with palms together. Start by stepping your right foot out and opening your arms as wide as possible. Step your right foot back in and bring your palms together. Step your left foot out and open those arms nice and wide. Step your left foot back in and bring your palms back together. Repeat.
