Opis

Start with a dumbbell in your right hand, palm facing up. Slowly rotate your wrist to the left thereby rotating the dumbbell inward. Once your dumbbell is rotated to the point where your palm faces downward, use your left hand to help draw the weight back to the starting position. Repeat the movement.
