In knee Stance dep squat flow you change Torso between two positions, it should be done controlled and slowly. Don't use any swinging, only lean yourself as fore as you need to shift the position. With some practice it would become a lot better. When you're in or near knee sit position make sure to keep hips together and don't let them fall outside. When you go to knee Stance bridge, push youself up from the shoulders and let you stern it in to leaning point. This flow helps ankles and shoulders to mobilise stretch of interior chain and improve your balance.
