Opis

Begin standing with your knees slightly bent. Grasp a barbell from the rack with your hands wider than shoulder-width. Move the barbell over your head and rest it low on your shoulder blades. With a slight forward tilt, activate your glutes and core to perform a squat. After several reps, return the barbell to the rack.
