Opis

Start on your hands and knees on the floor. Tuck your toes underneath you and lift your knees slightly off of the floor. Criss-cross feet underneath you. Add a hop to the movement so the feet move at the same time. When your body rotates right, with left leg forward, lift up the right hand. Return to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
