Opis

Start facing forward with right leg stretched out ready to take a step. Step onto the right foot as you begin to face the right side of the room. Bring the left foot in front of the right with your toes and knees pointed outward. Bring the right foot in front of the left matching the right heel to the left toe. Both knees and toes still pointed outward. Continue this for 2 steps forward then 2 steps backwards. Every time you step, cross your wrists in front of your hips.
