Opis

Start standing with your feet together. Step your right foot out to the right and swing your arms out to the side as you put all your weight on the right leg. Then bring your left leg in to meet the right leg as your arms come to an X in front of your chest. Repeat the movement on your left side by stepping out left, swing your arms out to the side, bring your right leg in to meet the left and make an X with your arms again.
