Opis

Start face down with your knees on the foam roller, legs stretched out and your hands on the floor at your shoulders. Perform a push up. Once you've straightened your arms, pull your knees into your chest as your shins roll on the foam roller. The roller should be at your ankles while in the tuck position. Roll back on your shins to the starting position and repeat.
