Opis

Lie on your back with arms stretched out, palms down, and both legs straight up towards the ceiling. Drop your legs to the right and swing them down toward the floor and over to your midline about 6 inches from the floor. Once you get to the middle, swing them back up toward the right through the start point and circle them around to the left side as you repeat the process.
