Opis

Lie back on a stability ball with your dumbbells in your hands. Position your feet flat on the floor with knees bent at 90 degrees. Hold the dumbbells by your chest, with your palms facing forward. Push the dumbbells up until your arms are nearly extended. Return to start and repeat.
