Opis

Sit upright on a stable chair with feet flat on the floor and a pair of dumbbells in hand. Bend your elbows and hold the dumbbells at shoulder-height with your palms facing forward. Lift dumbbells overhead with full arm extension making sure not to lock the elbows out. Bend the elbows back to start and repeat.
