Opis

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell with both. Perform a squat while bringing the weight in front of your right knee. Sweep the weight up and right across your body as you straighten your legs. Once your arms are extended, 'chop' the weight back down to your side. Repeat in a fluid motion.
