Opis

Attach handles to the higher pulleys of both cable machines. Stand between the two machines with your legs and waist slightly bent. Grip the handles of the pulleys with your palms facing down and your arms out to your sides. Draw the hands in front of your with a slight bend in your arms as if you're about to hug someone. Focus on a more isolated stretch and squeeze of the chest and less on the biceps. Return and repeat.
