Opis

Sit on the ground with your upper back against a bench, knees bent, and feet flat on the floor hip-width apart. Place a padded barbell across your hip crease. Brace your core, then drive through your heels to lift your hips until your body forms a straight line from shoulders to knees. Squeeze your glutes at the top position. Lower your hips back to the starting position with control.
